About the Business Responsibility Report:
Business Responsibility Report of the Bank, is published on an annual basis since FY2012-13.
Regulation 34(2)(f) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/10/2015 dated 4th November, 2015 mandates the inclusion of Business Responsibility Report (BRR) as part of the Annual Report for Top 500 listed entities based on market capitalization (calculated as on March 31 of every financial year) at BSE and NSE. The Bank's Sustainability Report which contains the Business Responsibility Report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 has been hosted on the Bank's website www.sbi.co.in under the link Investors Relations.
