Please note: PAI Claims where the salary account holder meets with an accident between 04.04.2024 and 03.04.2025 and expires/ disabled after the Policy Period but within 12 months of Accident, should also be submitted to the Insurance Company using above forms and any other documents required by Insurance company. Above Cover are available subject to Concerned account being categorised under respective salary package / variant in Bank’s system basis customers written application. Claims must be intimated to the insurance company within 90 days and all related document to be submitted within 180 days of the incident.
