At SBI, every new employee is special, and we celebrate the joining of the new employees in a unique way through our Initiative ‘Pravesh Samaroh’ which is designed to integrate the new employees with our culture and values and to create a sense of belonging in the Bank

The onboarding process starts from Day Zero, when the employees are received from Airports and Stations, given a welcome kit with all relevant information on our service conditions, perks, benefits, rewards etc., welcomed in the new branch/office in a grand manner, assigned a ‘buddy’ colleague for guidance, taken for informal lunch sessions with seniors for bonding. It is an ongoing process of relationship building.
