Please check the SMS format and destination mobile number
Please ensure that your mobile number from which the SMS is sent, is updated with your Bank account number. If not, visit your Branch and update your mobile number.
Question 2: Who can register for SBI WhatsApp Banking?
Savings account, Current account, NRI accounts and proprietors of CC-OD accounts are currently enabled for SBI WhatsApp Banking.
